At the end of each calendar year, all PCRI members are asked to summarize their PCRI-related research activities during the preceding year using a Project Status Report Form. The information is grouped, by researcher, into categories that best capture the status of each report:

• Research in Development
• Prospectus Submitted
• Application Submitted
• Unfunded Application Revised for Resubmission
• Application will not be Funded; Will not Re-submit
• Research in Progress
• Project is in Report-Generating Stage
• Project was Reported as Article(s) in Journal(s) and/or as a Chapter or Book
• Project was Reported as Professional Presentation(s) at Association(s)
  

All information is summarized as a Summary of Project Status Reports. Summaries exist for each that the Ohio State Primary Care Research Institute has been in existence. A Cumulative Summary is prepared which further collapses the information such that comparisons of accomplishments can be made across years.
