Over the last few years many individuals associated with the Medical Center have worked to establish meaningful statements of mission, vision, values, and goals. Six Key Result Areas (KRAs) have been established as a means of assessing related performance of individuals, divisions, departments, and the medical center as a whole. The six KRAs are:

Innovation & Strategic Growth
Faculty and staff members of the Department of Family Medicine have worked to establish performance metrics regarding each of the six KRAs. These metrics serve as a means to determine our status within the College in comparison to other clinical departments as well as nationally in comparison to other departments of family medicine.
